Mass customization and customer satisfaction

The study aimed to see the possibility of hekma home for publishing and prinling to adopt the manner and systematic for the mass customization and study the relationship between mass customization and customer satisfaction , The most points that the study found are :
1- focus on the importance mass customization in customer obtain ( win) through out realization oblige lion and inter esting by using flexibility processing in production .
2- Using , information technology organization in communication and managing .
3- Adoption integration data base a bond customer , needs , Interesting in current period and future .
4- Adopt organization procedures care of beauty and neat products .
5- customer participation in developing the production process .
