The Role of Total Productive Maintenance on the Improvement of Operations Performance By Using Analytical Hierarchy Process Method

The problem of the study focused on the use of modern systems in maintenance operations (Total Productive Maintenance System) in order to get efficient and effectivemaintenance operations have the abilityonthe improvement of operationsperformance in the Iraqi Drilling Company to meet the challenges of competitionand expansion in the scope of productionoperations of the company. The study used the interview (personal,and collective) as main tool of the data collection, as well as the study used analysis hierarchyprocessmethod for data analysis, study reached a number of conclusions from the most important of the existence of a very strong impact to the system Total Productive Maintenanceonthe improvement overall of operationsperformance, as well as the arrange competitive Dimensions (Indicators Measuring the of OperationsPerformance)vary according to the conditions of competition.

The Role of Marketing Intelligence System in Improving the Relation with Customer

The research seeks to clarify the concept of intelligence system marketing and try to find the proposition that to keep the system correlation and the impact of legal entities in raising the level of managing the relationship with the customer through a virtual model reflects this relationship is the fact that the management of the future means the effective management of information, which is an important tool for senior management to use to take the necessary decisions to resolve problems with its customers and meet the marketing environment variables constantly changing, and realize a researcher not convinced the concept of the research sample and the role of marketing intelligence system to activate the management of the relationship with the customer through the survey and interviews showed the research problem.The research found the emphasis on the health of its premises in addition to the personal and material to take advantage of the dimensions of the system to win customer retention. In light of this research was presented a set of recommendations and proposals for modest organization examined, would achieve its objectives in managing the relationship with its customers

The Impact of the Administrative Corruption in Hindering Management Development Programs

This study aims at recognizing the impact of the administrative corruption in hindering management development programs according to the employees in government departments in the province of Gurayat in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia . To achieve the aim of this study, a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to a sample of (631) subjects. The statistical package of social science (SPSS V.16) has been used to analyze the data of the questionnaire. The most important findings of this study are:
1. The perceptions of administrative corruption are at the medium level, and their perceptions toward the management development are at the high level.
2. There is an impact administrative corruption dimensions in the management development which explains (55.9%) of deviation in the dependent variable (the management development).
This study recommends the necessity of updating the legislations, and developing the procedures and administrative over sighting in an attempt to find suitable solutions to stop the administrative corruption.

The Important of Customer Profitability Analysis in Industrial Company

This research aims to make some modifications to the cost accounting systems to provide information regarding the analysis of customer profitability in order to strengthen the negotiation ability of the marketing department by adopting the case study method. The research found that it is not necessarily that the best customer who the company made biggest profit from him during the financial period because there is a hidden costs related to the company which is not show the current accounting systems, therefore, the research recommend to use ABC system to reduce the costs.

Intellectual Capital in the Context of Environment Variables Entrepreneurship

Targeted search current stand on the role of environment variables Entrepreneurship in promoting intellectual capital in the light of the views of a sample of managers and heads of departments and administrative units in the corporate research sample who were randomly selected from employees in various departments of these companies, To this consensus has been designed form questionnaire prepared for this purpose and distributed to members of the sample who numbered ( 38 ) person and after analyzing the data obtained to benefit from the correlation coefficients and regression to the research variables and the previous provide a theoretical framework prepared by the researchers concluded the researchers to a number of results was in the light of crystallization by matching conclusions confirm the role of environment variables Entrepreneurship in promoting intellectual capital and led those conclusions Balbagesan to reach some suggestions for companies research sample, which confirmed the importance of paying Multi Entrepreneurship adequate attention by managers and heads of departments and administrative units together towards further enhance the intellectual capital.

Evaluating the Credit Risk Management Efficacy in Islamic Banks

Credit activity, the most important activities provided by banks, which is more profitable and dangerous. Therefore, we conduct our study to examine the efficiency of credit risk management and linking it with the quality of credit portfolios in Jordanian Islamic banks during the last financial crises.
The result of this study shows remarkable efficiency from Islamic banks in Jordan in credit risk management, which reflected positively on performance index for the study sample, and sustain the role of Islamic banks in development in Jordan.

The Impact of Intellectual Capital on Applying the System of Total Quality Management (TQM)

This present study aims at testing and analyzing the correlation of Intellectual Capital components and its impact on the Total Quality Management according to managers point of view in the state company of medical medicine & apparatus/ Niniva and the state company of manufacturing house furniture / Niniva. In order to achieve that , the study has formulates the follwing hapothesis tested on : there is a correlation and impact between the content of intellectual capital and the total quality management .The hypothesis was tested on certain statistical techniqes . many primory and branches hypotheses tested by statistical techniques . The study has conducted a questionniere to collect data manifested on (57) managers .The study has come up whith many major conclusions as follows :
There is a significant correlation relationship between intellectual capital components and Total Quality Management .
According to these conclusions, the study introduce many recommendations.
