The Financial Information Systems is an important tool for organization success invest organization’s financial resources, because it provide the management with financial information. The computers entered a lot of managerial activities one of them are financial activity in organization which help investing and employing technology for serving management.
The researchers have designed a financial information system depending on the role of financial information in directing the financial decisions to invest an organization’s resources.

Analysis of the reality of Iraqi consumer and the ways to protect

The research deals with the historical development of international consumer protection movement, referring to the six consumer rights which are adapted by U.s. president john F.Kennedy in 1962 and in turn adopted in the decision of the UN General Assembly No. 248/39 as a basis for the eight consumer rights and to develop policies and legislation which related to protect him. Also the research discussed the reality of consumer protection association in the countries of the Arab world and analyzed in detail the various risks which faced Iraqi consumers and reached several conclusions and identified ways to protect it, particularly the activation of the Consumer Protection Act Iraq's number (1) for the year 2010 and support the role of each of the Central Council for Standardization and Quality Control and the ministries and relevant departments to protect and lead to the establishment of societies for protection, especially in major cities in Iraq such as Basra and Mosul.

The role of the operatitons of the knowledge management in enhancing the performance management

The research aims to identify operations of knowledge management and its reflected in the performance management enhancing an analytical study of the views of heads of scientific departments in the institutions of the technical education in the province of Nineveh's (33), head of various departments and disciplines. The research was on the premise of the President that: there is a correlation and the impact of the processes of knowledge management and Organisational performance indicators, has been tested scheme of research and its premises using the link and multiple regression and distributions repetitive circles and standard deviations, to describe and diagnose the variables. The results indicate a set of conclusions, which confirms the significance of most of the correlations and influence referred to by the research hypothesis. The research was presented a set of proposals necessary for the institution of technical education, including: Communication and interaction case between work parties in order tourqe the minds and perceptions buildinq in awey which lead the heads of deparments to have accumulated stocks of their knowledge in order to secure the performance management indicators in its right path.

The general interesting in evaluating and improving the organization environmental management systems (E.M.S.) to reach the desired level in such a way that is compatible with the (ISO14000) was the motive to study the Iraqi organizations (the oil sector) environmental management systems by comparing between the environmental activities and practices performance indexes through an experimental scenarios .
The study reach to that the shortage of the environmental planning processes that caused the failure in executing the environmental policy in the Iraqi organizations .
