The role of strategic change process in organizational creativity

This research focus on the role of strategic change process in organizational creativity. Strategic change has been measured according to approach of Macmillan&Tampoe(2000),while organizational creativity has been viewed from the vision of Kunstler (2001).Special questionnaire has been prepared for this purpose distributed to sample of top management team in Aur State Enterprise for Engineering Industries. By using of many of statistical tools ,the research explores attitudes of these team members about process change ,structure change, and culture change. And all of the creativity process elements were found as a result to statistical analysis. The research end with many recommendations about vision or purpose and team work establishment

The global effects had taken an increasing and expanding effects concerned the countries environment . it becomes necessary to monitor and identify the size, type, and direction of these effects , and developing suitable strategies to meet them .
This study aimed to select and develop a strategy that appreciate with the effects of global events in the Iraqi industrial environment. The study used survey methodology contains questioner for exploring the views of some academic and profession people who concerned with the international management . The study has been based on the hypothesis " the selecting of appreciate strategy for managing global effects in Iraqi industrial environment depend on the consistent and differences of the global effects characteristics at that environment " Among the important results drawn are :-

The paper aims to clarify the importance of visual management strategies in improving the level of university learning performance.
The study applied on a sample of lecturers prof. assit prof)at the koffa university, and depended on hypothesis(expecting positive significance relation ship between visual management strategies and excellence performance of lecturers).the visual management strategies determined by three strategies (rules work strategy, cleaning strategy, the eliminate wasteful activities and wealth strategy).the questionnaire designed for collecting and analyzing data ,and also contains two measures, first one measured visual management strategy, the second one measured the level of university learning performance ..
The study attached set of result the important one of them is the strong correlation between visual management strategies and learning performance and this appears the important of visual management strategy at human resource area

Whatever the plans were concentrated , and the conditions were studied, in addition the leaders were percepted the environmental variables who they can't judge that the risk which face them to became zero , even though they depend on the philosophy of management by scenarios . This paper came to determine new facts under emergency strategies philosophy which is considered from the leader as effective conduct to face the crisis's and problems which mean organizational improvisation that go out from firm strategy Frame to be emergency strategy for the treated Any situation faced the organization.
